Burner Phone

After the first one failed and I returned it - this one worked. The 2nd time card I purchased did load and was able to get on line. Because all my stuff was tired to the phone I left at home I couldn't get any apps to work so it basically was only good for calling/texting and searching the internet.

Sim card 4G not 5G.

Could not get phone to accept calls and could not call someone either. According to tracfone representative the sim card was 4g and not 5g. Tracfone is sending a 5g sim card for $4.99. Should not have to pay for something that was no fault. It was a new phone not refurbished. Plus I wasted 3 hrs with tracfone. Now I have to wait to see if this will fix the problem.
