DeWalt 20V/60V Jump Starter Adapter, Car Jumper w/ Clamps (Bare Tool)

This jump starter is super handy and works great! I actually had a dead battery in my car and remembered this was delivered earlier and in my mailbox! Attached my dewalt battery, put clamps on car battery and it started right up. So I absolutely would recommend buying this!!

Our vehicles have older batteries, and although we have recently begun maintaining them with a trickle charger and desulfator, they could die anytime. It would be inconvenient if that happens when we are away from home. We got this jump start adapter to keep with us so we wouldn't depend on a jump start from a stranger. We already had an appropriate DeWalt battery to use it with, but if you don't you will need to acquire one since this item is just the adapter, no battery included. Of course, since the DeWalt battery is providing the power, it needs to be charged up to make the jump start adapter useful. Until we need a jump start, we won't know how well it actually works, but it connected well to our battery and the expected indicator lights lit up.
