Be prepared for a heavy box. I managed to get it in the house, I already had my frame set up, I managed to get the mattress up on the frame, than followed instruction on how to cut open the plastic sheeting. This is important, have it all lined up because when the second layer is cut off, the mattress comes alive and rolls out on its own. It comes with a small tool to cut the plastic. easy peesy. Now also be prepared to let it breath and expand for 72 hours, for me this was the only drawback, My old bed is gone and I'm sleeping on a sofa. The mattress is much better than I expected. Fits the frame perfectly. Instructions are easy to follow. I'm more than pleased. If I can do this alone anyone can, I'm an 82 year old grandma.
