Verified Purchase

We love riding our bikes. I would rate this bike with 5 stars any day. It was a quick delivery and easy to assemble. However we did not receive the mirrors or the phone bag.

Hubby Loves It! (Chain Fix Took Effort)

Bought this for my husband – he's thrilled! Assembly was tricky even with the video & instructions. The chain kept slipping off, and the manual didn't help. Customer service was great – offered reimbursement for a bike shop fix. Eventually found the adjustment myself (see pic!), and now it runs perfectly. Worth the effort for his happiness!

Great Trike - Test Ride Your Rider First!

Bought this for my wife who struggles with walking. Setup was easy, and the bike feels solid. The power (even toned down using online P-codes) is impressive! Lights, horn, mirrors, even a phone bag were nice surprises. Big tip: If the rider is unsteady on their feet, have them try a similar trike at a shop first. Sadly, my wife was too nervous despite the trike working perfectly for me. Now I'm looking for a trailer or 4-wheeler for her. Range is good (~30 miles), but a spare battery would be ideal for longer trails. Excellent bike, just know your rider's comfort level.
