Quality product

The press works best using a 1/4 pound of beef, Ground turkey or ground chicken,once pressed it makes an ideal size and shape burger. The press itself is heavy with a design center and border to give you an idea of what size the burger will be. It came with spice rub container and a spatula as well. The spatula is weighed and wide making flipping burgers on your grill easy, it also has 3 openings to allow grease to drain when picking up the burger. The spice container allows for easy shaking of your favorite spices , a sturdy handle and a plastic lid to quickly close it once finished using to prevent spilling . This is diverse enough to use for both indoor cooking or out door grilling. If using in doors the spatula is too wide for my liking but the press and seasoning container is useful.

You can sear, season and flip with these heavy duty tools that are easy to use and clean. I enjoyed the weight and quality of each tool. Burgers came out thick and restaurant quality.

NICE !!

Blackstone Hamburger Toolkit is an amazing burger set made with heavy gauge stainless steel. Solid heavy hamburger press, super heavy duty spatula with a wide flip surface and a spice dredge so you can mix your magic spices. Amazing quality, well made.
