I would give it a 5 but the knots tying the jute together were left on the top side of the rug. They should have been pulled through to the back. Leaves a "tail" and looks unfinished. The rug is rather thick so watch out for the edges as a tripping hazard for people who drag their feet. Otherwise it's beautiful, softer than you would think for jute, very textural and is a nice light color that goes with everything.
