Get your cool on! These really work. I was very skeptical at first until I figured out how they work. How they work: First - wash them in a washing machine to rid the smell and get them clean (not they are not) but it's always best to wash new stuff. Let them air dry (will take several hours) Do not use in a dryer. once dry, add cold water from your tap or bottle and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove and use I was able to put these around my neck outside in 99 degree temperatures, cut my lawn, weed wack, take out the garbage and wash my car. A total of 3 hours or so. I was pretty cool the whole time. I did not have to add water and place back into the freezer. ***They will last about 3-4 hours depending on your heat outside and how you work. *** It works best if you place around your neck and inside your shirt to stay really cool.

I already have some of these and they are wonderful. I get crazy hot flashes and these cool me down immediately. I run hot regularly and these help. I was using these when I had no ac in my car and that's the only way I was able to drive. They kept me cool. I use these at work when it gets too hot in the office. Make sure you shake them out first. I don't know how or why but it makes a difference. I got these for gifts for some guys who work outside. I know they're going to be very grateful once they've used them. Oh, the variety of colors is great too.
