Super sturdy, excellent craftmanship

It's Very well made, super sturdy. I haven't had chance to put it togather yet but I checked out the craftmanship and the materials it was made from and for the price I am very impressed. I have seen similar workout benchs 2-3 times the price. I will definitely be recommending this brand to friends %26 family.

Like It

Love how portable it is and collapses. It's solid enough for me. Keep in mind the max dumbbells I use is 40lbs but I have no issues. The pad seems as good as any other. When folded has a handle strap in the middle.

All in one

We bought this for our 13 year old son who has been dying to start training. It was insanely easy to assemble and is very durable. You can also easily collapse it if needed, it's easy to move. Our son has started using it to do sit ups, incline crushes, reverse crunches, bench planks and bench knee tucks. The foot bar adds extra stability. It's great bc this equipment will grow with him. As he gets older and is properly trained, he can start adding weights. This is a simple bench that allows for so many options. What you can do with it seems limitless. It's good for a wide age range as well as diverse athletic abilities.
