I was skeptical. My left knee stiffens up when I stand for too long and then it hurts to bend my knee when I walk. I have tried many lotions/creams/roll-ons on my knee to relieve the pain, with no results. I had read about knee braces, but I couldn't see how they would help. I decided to give it a shot anyway and ordered these. I put one on my left knee. It fits perfectly, stays in place and does not roll down whether sitting, standing or walking. It doesn't take the pain away completely, but it reduces it significantly--enough for me to walk more than I can without it. These are well-made and were packaged well. I used the size chart to determine the size I needed and they fit perfectly. I have put them in the washer and dryer and they came out like new. These knee braces are an excellent deal for the price. Highly recommend.
