This is a nice diaper bag, it's not extremely big, it feels insulated, has pacifier pouch, 2 mesh pockets in the front small zipper compartment, has 2 bottle pockets in the big compartment and on each side (outside) plus a large pocket for changing pad, comes with a changing pad. To me the overall size is like a preschool size backpack. I really like the size though. Zippers glide easily. It'll be easy to clean too which is a huge plus. Overall it's well made and great
