Just as expected if not more than.

It is everything I expected. I even had an accident on it and it still kept going. The accident was not a small one I had 10 stitches put in my eyebrow. It has a few scratches but still rides great.

I got this ebike and one of the wires wasn't working because it was shorted. BUT thanks to EXCELLENT customer care service I got the part replaced (they even sent me a video on how to replace it) and now the ebike is up and working! But the only thing I will mention is that one of the pedals did come off when I was riding it without the electric part of the bike so make sure you get your pedals REALLY tight y'all! I would definitely buy from this company again. Originally I wanted a refund by the way, but I also understand that refunding the bike would be a pain to send back, so to them, I thank them for giving me a replacement so the bike works! Thank you to them for also being super nice and patient to me.
