Seat not worth the extra money

Pump guage doesn't work and seat that came with is not stable at all. Can't adjust to the middle of board because straps are too short and can't lean back on back rest without it collapsing and you wind up on your back. We only purchased because it included the seat and the extra cost was not worth it.

Please note that this air pump gauge requires the internal pressure of the board to reach approximately 7 PSI or above before it starts displaying a reading. During the initial use, it may be mistakenly perceived as not working. If the gauge truly does not work, please don’t worry. Simply contact us through your order, and we will arrange a replacement for you immediately. Regarding the straps, their length is designed according to the standard width of the board. Under normal circumstances, they are fully capable of securing the seat in the center, keeping it stable during use. The situation you're describing, it is likely due to the strap threading path. For example, the strap may not have been fully passed through the D-rings, which can result in insufficient usable length and uneven tension. Please try adjusting the straps.
