In addition, the item appeared as though it may have been previously opened or used before arriving. The packaging and condition did not give the impression of a brand-new product. Because of these issues, I was unable to fully evaluate the splint's performance as intended. The concept and design seem promising, and I appreciate the compact size and simple appearance, but quality control and packaging need improvement. I would recommend that the manufacturer inspect products more carefully before shipping to ensure customers receive items that are complete, secure, and in new condition. This item features a charging dock or takes a type c charging cord so it can be used wireless. The heat setting is ready to use within a few short seconds and there is a auto-shut off feature as well. There are multiple heat settings and several suggestions on styles of different types of hair. I know this is going to be something I use regularly no matter where I am! Thank you!
