I've been using this method for a full month now I started as twice per week and now 3 times as the manual says. I noticed more firmness and my skin is much better. I saw many option for a much higher price so is not only affordable but also works for someone who's trying to stay away from wrinkles. It has 7 types of ligh ( I used light or purple) and it's easy to charge and wear on your face before bed time ! Totally worth it for the results in such a short time You need to be consistent tho
