You grind your own wheat, corn, oats or rice with this Mill. it takes a couple of passes to get the wheat berries into fine flour, the first time you grind it at a six six and then the second time you can grind it at a one or a two on the settings dial, there are nine different settings. The instructions say not to mix more than 10 cups at a time, and at a mixer speed of four to six because they do not want you to overload your mixer motor. you really don't want to do too much more flour than that anyway, it only lasts for a few weeks because it is a natural (unaltered) product.
