Sizes are WRONG

I ordered the is lovely crocheted sweater in a Women's XXL; based on size chart and AI recommendations. It arrived in the mail yesterday. I was devastated to open it and see that it would barely fit an 8 y/o child. The actual sweater didn't even resemble the size, knitting pattern, or look of what I ordered. Will return but very disappointed about whole experience.
