COMIX Oils act like liquid oils/without a mess

Since these are real oils, they should be age appropriate for about 7 years and older. Mainly because younger children break and eat crayons. Since oils tend to clump when you paint, they need to be buffed after each section is painted. Just put a tissue on your finger and rub over where you painted. That will smooth the picture out so you can see the details. If you have a spot that is out of line, you can erase it with a common eraser. It would be nice if there was a point somewhere for the fine lines. Below I put several pictures: The first is the pastel paints. Second is a leaf where I went out of line. The third picture is the leaf buffed out and the out of line paint is erased. Forth is the painted tree trunk and the last picture is of the buffed out picture. These oils are fun to color with. I am not an artist so I did not attempt to paint a picture from scratch. I do think you could with these paints. Using these paint sticks makes painting with oils less messy than painting with liquid paints and a brush - no drips. I recomend these paints for children and adults who want to try their hand at art or just want to color in a coloring book. ENJOY!
