The hat arrived damaged. It has folds and it's bent in several areas. The hat is made from a material that isn't pliable, so it should have been shipped in a box. Instead, it arrived in plastic bags. It was first scrunched into a clear plastic bag and then placed inside another plastic shipping bag. Since it was shipped from overseas, this type of packaging made damage almost unavoidable. Had it been packaged properly in a box, the hat would not have been damaged. I gave 2 stars because it does look like the picture and I could have used it if it was shipped correctly.
