To much trouble to have a cute dress

It had a dye smell but looked great when I tried it on so took tags off and washed on delicate with a pr of jeans. I didn't even put in dryer because here is the trouble,where the arm holes are(short sleeves)the sleeves raveled it looked like someone had a pair of scissors it frayed so badly. After about 30 minutes I finally got the frayed part stuck in what little of a sleeve there is. Pretty dress after all the work and I own a steamer and will have to use it or an ironing board.
