An amazing beast that will produce more hot water for you. then you need. tbh, we use this brand thermomate in several of our properties, they do amazing. i was skeptical about the smaller kinds but this is a lp, beast mode 113k btu. 4.22gpm. who even needs that much water? jeezz.. this things amazing. 5 star!

This tankless water heater provides enough hot water for 2 people to shower simultaneously. It's energy efficient and can save users up to a third on their energy costs with its thermal efficiency and lowering energy waste. It has 8 different protection features to keep it operational. I don't know how we went so long without one.

Tankless water heater

Very nice, 3.6 gallon per minute natural gas water heater. Easy to install, works great, provides very hot water in seconds and can support two showers at the same time. I have only one shower but it supports my shower and my kitchen sink, and washer at the same time so it works for me. Love the it lowers my utility bill because it is not having to keep water hot continuously, only when I use it. Would recommend, works just like my other name brand did.
