Leg day workout must have!!!!

I love the stepped. It takes a little bit to get your balance but you can use it near a wall or table until you get used to it. After about 3 minutes you can feel the leg burn!! Best part is that it is already put together the only assembly is to attach the hand straps.

this is more stable and substantial than I thought it was I'm very satisfied I thought it would be flimsy and was a little bit worried but it is strong and sturdy and really smooth to use! as soon as it came in I was able to get a quick little workout and I love it going to definitely start using this a couple of times a week
