I would prefer to give it zero stars. The moment I connected this tablet to my wifi I got two notifications - one that it connected with a strong connection and the other that the software was corrupted with a virus and even though the router tried to block it there were still problems on my router and my phone. It took 2-1/2 days to try to clean up the mess it made on my devices. I thereafter learned that it is a KNOWN FACT that these tablets come infected with a trojan virus because the company was breached before, and yet nobody bothered to warn me about this or mention it at all. I have Walmart Plus and contacted them immediately to inform them of what happened and return it, and despite the fact that one of the Walmart Plus perks is returns from home (they make an appointment to come and pick it) they said I had to return it to the store. I tried calling their help lines and everything and got some stupid story that I can't mail it because it has a lithium battery. That is a blatant lie because I DID NOT WANT TO MAIL IT, I WANT THEM TO PICK IT UP. I am a disabled person and have never had a problem before with Walmart picking up an item they delivered, even if it was a Marketplace Seller who they delivered it for and took responsibility for any returns. So as of right now I still have the infected thing packaged up and ready for return, and still don't know how I am going to get there and into the store to take it back. I have never had problems with Walmart before, and I am in disbelief that they do this to their long time disabled customers - especially in light of the ADA act. Unbelievable.
