Hello wendy! Thank you for your wonderful feedback on our NightyNight memory foam mattress! We’re glad you love its balanced firmness, great support‑comfort performance, and premium quality. It is normal for rolled‑vacuum mattresses to need time for full expansion. We also appreciate your recognition of the zippered removable washable cover. Please reach out to us anytime if you need further help. Sincerely, NightyNight Support Team

Nightynight 12" Queen Size Memory Foam Mattress

This is a top -notch quality memory foam mattress. I got the 12" Queen size firm mattress. It is well made and very comfortable. It has great support. They say that it takes 72 hours for it to fully expand to it's full shape, but it rose up right after I opened it. I am please that I got this superior quality mattress. It does not need a box spring. I have never had a memory foam and I just love it. I am so glad I got this superior quality mattress. I recommend this mattress if you want a good night's sleep and a very comfortable mattress.

Hello Linda! We truly appreciate your detailed and sincere feedback. It’s fantastic to hear that our 12‑inch firm queen‑size memory foam mattress delivers premium quality, fine workmanship, great comfort and reliable support. Normally we suggest allowing 72 hours for full expansion, and we are happy to see yours sprang into shape once unpacked. It is awesome that you love this memory foam mattress even though it is your first one, and that it can work well without a bed frame. Thank you wholeheartedly for your strong recommendation for anyone seeking a comfortable sleep experience. Hope it keeps bringing you high‑quality rest for a long time. Please feel free to reach out if you need any assistance. Sincerely, NightyNight Support Team

Nice comfy bed

This is one of those bed-in-a-box things where the bed puffs up after you take out of the box. It puffing up nicely even though it's only been a few hours. It is also good for heavier people (one person is 300 pounds). The person is also a side sleepers and says the bed is still comfortable. It seems to just cradling the body with the memory foam. Can't say the memory foam is really cooling, I mean you're putting on sheets and bedding and stuff, there's no "cooling" that really comes through. But overall this is a nice bed!

Hello Marilyn! We really appreciate you sharing your genuine experience with our boxed mattress. It is great to hear it has expanded into a full, plump shape just within a few hours after unboxing. We are pleased that the memory foam offers reliable support and performs well for heavier side‑sleepers. We totally understand your observation about cooling effects — with sheets and bedding on top, the cooling feature may not be easily noticeable. Thank you for your fair and objective feedback. We hope this mattress will keep delivering pleasant sleep for you and your family. Please feel free to contact us should you need any help later. Sincerely, NightyNight Support Team
