Order 1 of 2 arrived in four days. Second went a different direction and may be another two days. The packaging and shipping label were damaged on arrival. So two marks on Fedex. Internal package was fine. The panels were packaged real well. Once fully removed the first thing that struck me was what looked to be a poor finish on the "wood" finish. Turned out to be left over static plastic that got left on. It came of with a little work. The panels are not perfect, is in they do have blemishes from assembly. The soft felt has a squished in bit on one side, or smushed corner on another. Stuff like that. I was able to overlook it, and I am diagnosed OCD. So not that bad. I'm also a sound and light guy. Without measuring I can easily tell they have made a major difference in the echoes bouncing around my apartment. When you can hear the neighbor flush, sound dampening becomes more than just better music. I am very please with how much just 4 of these tiles have made a difference. They do look great right against one another, but I spaced them a little for more efficiency. To absorb more lower bass tones I left a gap between the wall and panel. I used double sided velcro tape, then screwed threw that into the wall. Very pleased over all.
