Item description said that it would fit up to a 50” TV, however, what they aren't telling you is that the total length given in the description is for the item as a whole, and not for just the top shelf. My 32” TV won't fit on the top shelf at all, very misleading information. It was easy to put together, though, and it seems sturdy enough, so I'll give them that at least.
