Not sure if its a $50 door bell - but I do know every time I move I have to get a new one as I leave the others behind for new tenants.... and this is a much better quality than the $15-$20 ones I have purchased in the past. Love the tones - super easy to set up - I usually bypass the double stick pads and just use caulking - a dab on the back of the button and press to the outside wall, fence post or door. I also LOVE the light because I am hearing impaired is an extra tough of notice someone is at my door.

I love this!! Only complaint I have about this product is that I wish it would get a little louder. If you have a hearing impairment it might be difficult to hear. It does flash but if you are not looking at it you might miss it. It is simple to use and it can easily be moved from room to room if needed. And there is a wide variety of tones to choose from. Hopefully it is not just water proof but weather proof in general. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
