It's very feminine with these buttons in the bow at the top which you don't have to tie if you don't want to …super super cute true to size it's a little shiny, but not terrible at all so I'm not sure what the other viewers manat by. maybe it's the pink that's super shiny definitely I must try in your cart. Can dress it up with pencil pants for work or go casual with barrel jeans and sneakers
