My order came 2 days earlier than expected which was a wonderful surprise. The quality of the case is great and it was easy to put on.

The packaging was compact and protected the product well from scratches arriving in pristine condition in a durable wrap and sealed well inside standard shipping box with no noticeable identifiers of contents within. Upon assembly it's no question that the case was designed with quality and function in mind. The case comes in two pieces—an upper and lower unit. Contoured to perfection with plenty of room around all ports so you won't have to worry about headphone jacks not being able to fit or fumbling around trying to plug in to charge or J5. Both units have a clean crisp fit that audibly snaps snug into place and fortunately requires finesse to remove as the *locking tabs fit very well (*locking tab-bit of plastic that overhangs the edges to secure case to computer). The lower unit is not designed to look like the theme/design of choice, nor was it marketed to look like the upper unit design, rather it is a transparent grey—while it would give a more complete feel who will actually see the bottom of your computer anyway? To ensure the computer doesn't overheat the design features plenty of vent h on the lower unit with raised feet made of what seems to be white silicone. The case design by Fintie I purchased was the Composition Notebook. I believe the upper unit design is a high quality *dip rather than paint and I make this assertion based solely on the surface design which feels slightly textured. My son is very happy with this case and I am too.
