Samsung 24" Electric Cooktop in Black

In general, I find that the cooktop is esthetically pleasing, easy to operate, and gets the job done relatively speaking. My only issues are the heat level (using tops to cover food mitigates this issue to an extent), and the fact that this model doesn't have wifi connectivity.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The electric cooktop was delivered damaged, and unfortunately, the damage was not discovered until today, when the installer arrived to install it. As a result, the installation could not even be completed. This is completely unacceptable. I purchased a new appliance, not a damaged or defective one, and I should not be responsible for the consequences of improper handling, packaging, or delivery. Now I am left without the appliance I paid for, with an installation appointment wasted, and having to spend additional time dealing with a problem that was not caused by me. I expect the seller to take FULL responsibility and provide a brand-new replacement immediately, at no additional cost, including covering any reasonable costs associated with the failed installation and arranging a new installation appointment. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing this product to inspect it extremely carefully before accepting delivery or scheduling installation. In my case, the damage was only discovered when the professional installer showed up. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and professionally. This is not acceptable customer service.
