Folding Treadmill Q5 Pro with Brushless Motor, Speed 0.6-7.5MPH, 15% Auto Incline

I've never owned a treadmill before but I have been in the market for a walking pad for a couple of years now. I never would bite the bullet though because I just KNEW I needed something with handles! I have psoriatic arthritis and it's been difficult getting to remission...but I need to keep up with walking to keep the strength in my knees. Being able to do that in my own home and be comfortable is a blessing! I don't have a lot of space in my home so the fact that this treadmill can be folded down and stored under a bed is a huge plus. It's so easy to remove the screws that hold the handles up and fold it down...takes like 10 seconds. As soon as I got it out of the box, I scanned the QR code with the instructions and downloaded the app. I plugged it in and immediately did a little quarter of a mile walk to test all of it's features and to see how the app works with it. Switching the speed is as easy as hitting the button and it goes up in very small increments so you can find the perfect speed without feeling nervous that it might be too much! Same with the incline...when you're ready, it's simple to go up slowly and find the right spot. While you are walking or jogging you can watch the app as it takes you around in quarter of a mile laps. It displays the time and how many calories you have burned which is a feature that I really like! The machine and belt seem to be great quality! As I mentioned above, I've never owned one and have only walked on one a couple of times. I'm not sure what the standard is but as a beginner and new user, I am highly impressed and I think others will be too! The belt is also easy to care for. The manual will tell you when to lubricate it based on how often it is used and it does come with a small bottle of lubrication. There is a safety key that you can clip on to your clothing that will stop the machine if any falling incidents occur so that makes me feel safe using it and is a big plus. Overall, if you have an apartment or small space and have been wanting a treadmill that works great, I recommend this one!
