Alienware 15.3" WUXGA 165Hz Gaming Laptop, AMD Ryzen 5 220, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 GDDR6, 16GB DDR5, 512GB SSD, Black, DA15265

Alienware 15 Gaming, AMD Ryzen 7 260, 8 cores, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050, 16 GB DDR5, 512 GB SSD, and 1-year onsite service: 6/29/26 order date with 7/31/26 estimated arrival date actually arrived 7/7/26! My previous laptop from Dec 2018 was a Dell G3 3579 gaming laptop which experienced BSOD right away, and then Dell sent a brand new replacement with no further issues on that old system. So these are some great experiences with Dell. This is my first laptop featuring AMD processor. Laptop is connected to an external Dell monitor, Dell wireless keyboard & mouse, Dell usb slim DVD drive, external WD My Passport hard drives, as well as an industrial Canon printer and industrial Canon scanner. I am of course utilizing an Anker 7-port usb hub with power. I basically use the laptops like desktops. Laptop is great so far! I can close the laptop screen down or it can fall asleep, and then it can continue running just by shaking the mouse to wake it up. Surprisingly this was not the same experience with the older Dell G3 3579. No glitches or blue screens of death (BSoD) so far. I simply use the gaming laptops for simple office / home-office work: MS Word & Excel, Adobe Acrobat to edit pdf documents, Web browsing, Uploading & Downloading large Gigabyte-sized audio & video files. (Unrelated to Alienware and Dell, it seems my only issue is dealing with Microsoft Windows which apparently takes up a huge amount of storage space on the computer hard drives: 78 GB on this new Alienware with less than 512 GB free space, but it's taking up 90 GB on the older Dell G3 3579 which has less than 256 GB free space).
