This Black silky like yet cool to wear tank top is great to go to the gym with and break out a sweat. I just did that this morning with it, and it made a big improvement from my normal work out shirts. I could work out harder and feel cooler. I recommend this for all the ladies that are trying to stay healthy or doing PT to continue helping themselves recover from an injury such as I am that got me going back to the gym to make sure my ankle won't freeze up on me again. Tank tops like this one will make it so much easier to do the things I need to do to accomplish that. It's 93.3% Polyester and 6.7% Spandex, so that's why it feels like silk and is so soft and yet stretchy and cooling for the body. Make sure you wash it below 86° F. I'll probably use cool to cold water on it personally just to be sure so it won't shrink. It's Permanent Press, Do NOT use bleach, use a Tumble Dryer on Low Temp or it'll shrink lol, also Iron at a temperature of maximum of 230°F or lower. Do Not Dry Clean.
