Hyacinth Basket

The basket arrived to me crooked. The base of it was crooked and that made the lid not close properly. I contacted the seller and was told that it was damaged in handling. This is simply not true. The box was in perfect condition when it arrived, so how could the item inside have gotten damaged? I feel like I am being given the run around. Obviously the basket was lopsided when it was shipped to me. I like the basket and would just like to get another one that looks the way it is supposed to. I am waiting to hear how the seller will make this right.
