I need an overnight lunch box for 2 day meal prep and manage to stuff 6 small ice packs, 10 bottles of water, 2 bottles of soda, 2 4cup Tupperware containers and 3 or 4 miscellaneous sandwich bags is maxed out. Top is kinda small but I manage to pack a lot in it as well ( it's not gonna hold a bunch of store bought bags of chips but if you get creative you can pack quite a bit)
