Burlap & Barrel Purple Dulse, Seaweed Flakes, 0.9 oz (26 g)

Although I was hoping this seaweed product would be a substitute for bacon, alas, no. However, it IS tasty and adds umami to eggs prepared any way you choose. I will try it on other food, too. It's a small jar, but it is absolutely packed and will last to get my money's worth. In addition, it is a Canadian product sold from N.Y. and I feel we need to praise Canada, definitely not tear her down.
