I would have given this a five-star rating, but as others have noted, the screws that were included were subpar and prone to stripping when the openings were not aligned precisely. In general, we are satisfied with the outcome. The igniter actually ignited immediately, and it looks fantastic on our patio.

The unit arrived several days earlier than anticipated, was effortless to assemble by a single individual, and was constructed from high-quality materials. It appeared impressive and felt durable. I was uncertain about the glass pit protector, but I am exceedingly pleased with it. The unit generates an abundance of heat even with the glass in place, and it appears more sophisticated and captivating when illuminated. It is a delightful addition to our front veranda!
