So far, so good!

So far, good out of the box shipped to my home. The portable air conditioner 8000 btu has beautiful fins that are contoured at the top and the touch pad is super easy to turn on and adjust temperature down to 61 degrees F. The packaging was superior. The reinforced thick insulated box and the styrofoam packing on each level kept the unit damage free. I did not turn on the machine until it was standing vertical for 6 hours. So far, very good in cooling an upstairs 320 sq ft bedroom. I purchased this air conditioner after reading many 3 star and 1 star reviews of other brands. When problems arose with other brands, it was not possible to talk with customer service and the customer was stuck with a faulty piece of junk. DEO scored higher with durability, cooling, and customer service if a problem arose. This unit is quieter than the window air conditioner and very easy to install the window hose vent by myself. I'm content.

I've only had it for three days but it's so quiet you don't realize it's on unless you're right up on it. It cost a little more but it's worth it. I also bought the four year warranty.

Loving this so far!

I've only had this air conditioner for 2 weeks, but it has made a huge difference! Quiet, doesn't leak, effectively cools the area to the exact temperature. The installation takes a few with the foam inserts for the window, but it has definitely helped to keep the room consistently cool, even on the hottest days. The digital remote and the app are user friendly, and I love that I can control the temperature even if I'm not at home.
