Great design, broken zipper makes it unusable.

I really wanted to love this bag because the size and lightweight material are fantastic for daily use. However, the zipper on one side arrived completely stuck and will not move up or down. Because the bag has three unique access points, one on the top and one on each side. This broken zipper leaves a gaping hole that compromises the safety of my belongings. So, with this it makes it unusable.
