Ellos Plus Size Tie-Sleeve Dress

love this dress. keep in mind that it runs small. 28 is like a 20/22.

I purchased this in red and it is so cute. Just love the prairie design and the tie sleeves fall nicely and are pretty without being cutesy. The tag on the dress warns that there could be unavoidable shrinkage so washing instructions should be followed. It cannot go in the washer. I am a small, 24 pound woman with a 36C bra size. I always order the Small 10/12, but this dress fits tighter than any of the other dresses I've ordered from Ellos. So, my advice to anyone with a large bust would be to order a size up, especially because of shrinkage issue. Having said that, I'll probably order a size larger in the black and, in the event, this red one shrinks, I'll order another in a larger size.
