This item is only worth $1.77...I've bought better items at a dollar store. It feels like the top is made of plastic, which it probably is. The brim is acceptable, but it has many loose threads and the bow is barely held on. It is attached fine on one side and only has a few sritches on the other side with a long thread hanging down fr the other side.
