Of all the smoke detectors online, this bundle of 3 was the most economical. We live in a very small house, but in order to pass a new furnace inspection, the City required that there be a smoke detector in EVERY ROOM. So, even though all three detectors are located within 3 feet of one another - WAY OVERKILL - we were required to install them. These detectors arrived fast, were easy to install and all 3 tested as 'ready' the minute we put them up - very pleased with the purchase.

These were great once we figured them out. There is a 10 year battery in them so they are good for 10 years and then need replaced. They have to be in the bucket used to put them on the wall for then to work/test. Would be nice if they included some information in the box
