The flower saddle was shipped from Monroe, New Jersey based on the tracking information. However, it was then sent to China. I live in Tennessee, so why it went to China I do not understand. When the product finally arrived at my home, it was smashed. I returned it to my local Walmart store. I did receive a refund for the product cost and the sales tax. I did not automatically receive a refund for the shipping portion. I was told by the Walmart employee that I would receive a refund for the shipping once the company receives the damaged product. I have not received my refund yet. Please do not buy from this seller. I would not want my experience to be someone else's experience. I would give a zero-star rating for the review, but that is not an option.
