Gift for 8 year old.

This reminds me of small wooden planes from thr 60's and 70's that were propelled by a rubber band when the propeller was wound. This is for an 8 year old. I think it will be ok because it is remote control and wont need tk be handled a lot. I will let my son put it together and will add my findings to this review.
