When the dog barks, the anti-bark collar will alarm for 2 seconds. Within 30 seconds if the dog barks twice, the anti-bark collar will alarm for 3 seconds. Within 30 seconds if the dog barks a third time, the anti-bark collar will alarm for 5 seconds with slight static shock the dog for punishment training, and encourage the dog to remember the alarm sound to make the dog stop barking once hearing the alarm. The same training will continue 7 times. The first and second times are only alarm sounds, and if the dog continues barking, it will trigger the third and seven times alarm static shock. The static shock intensifies every time to correct. Don't worry and the static shock won't hurt the dogs . The dog will enhance the memory every time the static shock intensifies, and will quickly understand the shock as punishment because of its barking. There will be very good effect after some time training.

So happy with this we have 3 dogs and the barking was out of control. I thought it would cost a fortune to get a collar for all 3. It does alert when they shake their ears or get to rowdy. But the first response is only a beep. So it is a bonus to us. Battery life is crazy long like almost a week. It doesn't get triggered by whining. Kinda wish it did, but I realize that would be too sensitive.

the dog is still able to bark before the shock happens or even the vibration. so in reality the first 3 barks which can last minutes . is still what i wanted to get away from still happens. im gonna have to review the operators instructions and see if there is a chance to what and when it happens.
