ABOUT FITTING:The fitting is actually nothing about shower head, but the shower hose connector, in our recent update, we increased the slot size (from 0.86 to 0.88 inch) to fit more shower hose, but please be noted some brands have straight connectors may not fit, it must be tapered shape

1.Does the holder fit Waterpik Shower head?
The fitting is nothing about shower head itself but the connector of the shower hose, which must be tapered, with a middle diameter of less than 22mm. original Waterpik hose not fit, so you need to buy a universal shower hose.
2.Do I need all tools to mount it?
No tools required for installation. Simply stick the adhesive pad to the wall, squeeze out any air bubbles, then insert the mounting base onto the pad. Whole process takes less than 3 minutes
3.I’m not sure if my wall is suitable for installation?
Generally, any smooth, solid wall that does not crumble works with the adhesive pad. Adhesion is also possible on some slightly textured non-smooth walls, but the stickiness will definitely not be as strong as on smooth surfaces.
4.Can the adhesive pad be removed? How? Will it damage the wall?
As this is a strong adhesive pad, it cannot be simply peeled off. To remove it, use a blade to cut a small gap, then spray soapy water into the gap and peel it off slowly. Important note: Do not use this pad on drywall or painted wall.
