Exactly as described. Size: seems to be true to size. I usually wear a small but I wanted it loose so I bought a medium. It's perfect. Material: looks heavier than cotton and is less see-through but feels really light. It is oh-my-sta rs soft! It is stretchy so less constricting than cotton. Design: simple but attractive with working buttons (not just decoration) and good pockets. I am not a ruffle kind of girl so I was pleased this one is very subtle. Quality: appears to be well made. I haven't washed it yet. I don't feel overcharged. I like it well enough to buy another.
