Peel open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film. Apply the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gumline and press gently to secure. Wait for 30–45 minutes when using the Professional treatment and 60 minutes for the Express treatment. Remove the strips, discard them, and rinse your mouth thoroughly to remove any residue.

Loved these premium strips so much!! Definitely adding these to all my future Wal-mart deliveries! They are gentle enough for those with a tooth sensitivity, cause no discomfort and perfect for a coffee lover like myself! The taste is mild and the results are white and not so subtle that you are wondering if they did their job.. If you think these are too strong there is a sensitive strip too, but I didn't have any problems. Overall - definitely recommend!! Thanks for reading my review! :)

Sensitive mouth approved!

I've used this before and for someone with sensitive teeth and gums these are perfect! They do not irritate my sensitivity and not only help with whitening but make my teeth feel so clean.
