Fermentation Mason Jars - 1.5 gallon, Set of Two
These are aesthetically gorgeous, but they are more than just for looks - these Mason branded jars are a functional beginning for fermentation experimentation. We have fermented water kefir grains for years and tried our hand at pickles last summer's end. I am hoping to do a large jar of dill pickles next month and we are starting a Tepache soon. I am impressed with the lead free glass construction, seals, gaskets, and the slip protection on each jar really makes me feel more secure in the shifting around on counters and shelves in our pantry. Lovely addition to our food preservation collection and home. Recommended to anyone who makes their ingredients.
