CopperFreeze® Hot + Cold Therapy Wrist Sleeve by Copper Compression®

I spend a lot of time working in the garden, so all the hammering, staking, watering, and spraying can really take a toll on my hands and wrists. I love that this sleeve offers both hot and cold therapy, so you can easily switch between the two. Just pop it in the freezer for cold therapy or microwave it for warm therapy. It's moisture-wicking, anti-odor, and has 360° compression for full coverage and support. My only issue is the “one size fits most.” I have petite hands and wrists, so it isn't as snug as I'd like, and I wouldn't be able to comfortably work in the garden while wearing it. That said, I still really like it for after-gardening relief and would definitely recommend it!
