OOSSXX 4K PoE Security Camera System, 6CH Dome, 3TB HDD, Plug & Play

I ordered this to replace a dome camera that went out. I'm picky about my camerasthey need to have a good, clear picture. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much for the price but just wanted to get something back up and running. When I installed and set it up, I was happy with the daytime picture clarity and resolution, but I was still concerned about the nighttime quality. The camera did not disappointthe nighttime resolution was good, and the IR LEDs illuminated the entire area I needed to see at night. Overall, I'm happy with the camera's performance. As a bonus, this camera works with my DVR's intrusion detection feature. This allows me to draw a line across the image area on my DVR with directional alerts, triggering an alarm when someone approaches and crosses the line but not when they leave. I use it as a doorbell to alert me when someone is approaching my door. Many cameras in this price range don't support this feature; in fact, I have some that cost more than twice as much and don't work with it. Now, for the negatives, if you can really call them that. You do have to set the dip switches on the camera to work with the correct format, such as TVI or analog. It's not a big deal, but when setting up my camera, I use a remote monitor, so while up on the ladder, I can adjust the zoom and focus. I have to set the camera to analog so the monitor can use the video signal and then switch it back to TVI mode for the DVR. Some dome cameras come with an analog port built-in for using a remote monitor. Like most cameras, if you change the zoom aspect, you will have to refocus the lens, which the tool provided with the camera handles. Overall, it's a good camera. I've been running it for a couple of weeks now and have no complaints about its performance.
